What we collect

We save the answers you submit, a submission time, and a network fingerprint that changes each day used to limit spam. We do not save your raw IP address in our feedback database. Please don't include sensitive or personal information in your comments.

Campaign attribution

When you submit feedback or a luggage vote, we also save any source, medium, campaign and content labels on the page link. These help us understand which promotions bring responses. We do not use these labels to track you across devices or send your response to advertising platforms. Links without labels are recorded as direct or unknown.

Email is optional

You can submit feedback without an email. If you separately choose development updates, we save your email and consent with your response. Signing up is not an order, reservation or payment. This page does not send automated marketing emails.

How we use responses

We use feedback to research interest, prioritize features and understand objections. Individual responses and email addresses are restricted to the approved Alder Horizon team dashboards. Any public research summary will be aggregated. We do not sell your contact details.

Storage and your choices

Responses are stored using the site's hosting and database providers. You can request deletion or stop future updates by emailing tayquand@outlook.com. If you did not provide an email, keep the response reference shown after submission so we can find your response. We keep feedback until it is no longer needed for this product research or you request its deletion.
