PLAIN-LANGUAGE SERVICE TERMS
Clear scope, clear expectations.
These launch terms summarize how the advertised packages are intended to work. A final project agreement will confirm the customer, scope, payment, timing, and any special conditions before work begins.

Each month: 10 graphics, 2 short promotional videos, 1 flyer, a promotional calendar, and follow-up templates. Two revision rounds. Includes campaign organization. Scope and timing
Starter is $199 one time. Growth is $399/month and Premium is $499/month, billed automatically until canceled. Monthly deliverables repeat; initial setup is in month one. Cancel future billing through PayPal. Timing is confirmed before payment; work starts after all required information is received. Videos are up to 30 seconds using supplied assets or licensed stock; filming is separate. These packages provide marketing content. Website building, website edits, technical maintenance, backups, security monitoring, hosting management, and emergency repairs are not included. Social publishing, account management, and automatic email/text sending require a separately agreed scope. First-month setup does not add extra graphics beyond the stated package quantity. A revision round means one consolidated set of feedback on the agreed work. Hosting, domains, advertising, paid AI, email/text services, and services outside the package are separate. Message templates do not include automatic sending; that requires a connected service.
